❌ Minor variations in color, texture, or engraving due to handcrafted nature.

2. Return Process

- Attach clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

3️⃣ Returning the Product:
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days of approval.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

✅ Partial Refund: If only part of the order is incorrect.
✅ Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bKash, Nagad, or original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
